Below you can see the paint schedule of the villas which are going to be painted during the year 2026. All you have to do is to look for your plot number and see in which month it will be painted (weather permitting).

You will receive all the relevant paperwork approximately 1 month before your villa is due.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure to remove any obstacles, i.e. plants, furniture, etc. which may hinder access to the surfaces which are to be painted. Failure to do so will result in the area not being painted and no responsibility for any damage will be accepted. 

The specific dates will be sent to you closer to the time.
