Steps to take in case a stray golf ball causes damage to your property/person:

• Download the ProShop Incident Report form below.
• Complete the form and forward it to the ProShop, together with photos of the damage and a quote for the repairs to speed the process up.

Please note that the process of authorising the claim could take some time. You are therefore requested to be patient and you are advised, subject to security needs, to NOT carry out repairs without first getting the go-ahead from UGolf, as you may NOT be reimbursed otherwise.
