Dogs

Dog owners please be aware that unattended dogs will be reported, captured and removed from the resort.

• Dogs must be tied to a leash of maximum 2 metres in length when they are in the street or in communal areas. The owner of the animal is responsible for any bother it may cause.

• Their fouling is especially problematic, which the owner must take responsibility for.

• Noisy animals that continually cause bother will not be allowed (barking or howling, etc.). Please, realise that these noises are extremely bothering during the day and especially at night.

You are therefore required to ensure the neighbourhood welfare by taking the necessary steps to adhere to the Community rules. Those of you who are leasing your property to dog owners, please inform them accordingly.

We understand that dogs are very gentle with their owners, but please keep in mind that there are also some people on the resort who are afraid of dogs and do not dare walk or jog on the streets with the fear of being attacked/threatened.

Always try to find out who the dog’s owner is and report any incidents to Mare Nostrum at marmenor@mnlegalfirm.com who in return will contact the dog’s owner, informing him/her about the nuisance his/her dog is causing his/her neighbours.
